The Esplanade Hotel (Gershwin Room)

For more than a century the Esplanade Hotel has been Melbourne’s (and actually Australia’s) primary live acts venue. Since 1800s its holy stages have been graced by the most eminent local and world’s legends.<br />The Esplanade Hotel maintains this multiyear tradition of live music acts and on an average week the bar plays host to more than forty bands and DJs across three stages seven days a week and a lot of it free.<br />The main performance stages are The Front Bar, The Gershwin Room and The Public Bar. There are six bars set across the venue, open fires through wintertime and many toilet rooms.
